That would complete transactions with them. I have not suggested anything to them as of yet - this is being sent only to you for your consideration. Please let me know what you think is fair. We continue to work on how the building sits on the land an on the west elevation. (As this is finals week, computers are overloaded until tuesday, which makes the going slow!) We will however send you some images and plans tomorrow afternoon. I have reviews all day today, friday and saturday. We could talk on either sunday or monday.
