The real property taxes for 2016 are $1,820.16 and paid. This information should have been on the listing.
The tax assessors office has this property described as commercial in usage. I do not know if taxes would go
down for residential usage.
My notes say that the property was built in 1983. I have nothing substantiating that. Will ask owner again. I
will also ask for keys to the unoccupied upstairs apartment.
