When I told you I was sending it, you asked for additional 5 samples. I decided to do them on the same panel because it is the only one I have that has the original finish. I imagined that you can decide what you like even on a small surface. I have sent you numerous samples of finishes for your review and at this point I m not sure what you have in mind since your directions have been contradictory. (The panel should look as if we have rescued it from a ship wreck under water, and later should have a satin golden glow, etc) all I want is for you to approve a finish that you like but at this point I m not sure how to handle this issue. Give me a date when you will be at the island so we can arrange to have someone from Fancelli to work directly with you. The time table for finishing the cabinets has been estimated by Fancelli, after the sample is approved, his crew can arrive within 10-15 days. Work will take 14-20 days. We were advised by Fancelli that a more detailed schedule could be made after the finish is selected which is why we were waiting for finish selection - the blackboard is made of the same material that is used in schools in Europe. Doug is a witness that it was in perfect working condition before they were cleaned by others, not Fancelli. I will help you sort out this issue but I would like you to realize that it is not my responsibility. We have given Doug Schoettle blackboard cleaning instructions. He obviously has not given this information to you. - We have back-up and can send it to our lawyers to send to Indyke. I am very surprised to hear from you after all the efforts I m doing to finish the library interiors, the way we planned it that you are putting a complaint against me.
