Progressive ideas need alternative channels to gain attention, a fair airing in the media and a defense from conservative attacks. Legislators and advocates need education and messaging support. Our community needs conveners who will bring experts and advocates together and keep the momentum growing to build real grassroots support for our ideas and link into the grassroots political revival now underway. NSN’s board, leadership and staff are committed to providing that national security voice outside government.
