One issue that was a concern is the condition and operation of the auxiliary heating coil which is separate from the poolpak unit in the supply duct to pool area. Trane needs to know if this coil is operational before they can provide a complete bid, see attached photo of external portion of coil. I proposed to Trane they return this week to confirm condition of coil, flow rate, valve operation,review and if possible repair 3 other units that are non operational at this time. I. HP 7A, upstair living room Main house 2. main unit staff cottage 3. staff cottage studio The cost to do this work, is a not to exceed proposal of $1200.00 I am requesting Trane perform this work over JB Henderson, with the thought they may. replace Henderson as our Mechanical service provider. ( its a test) Trane will also be providing a service agreement for all Mechanical equipment in MH, Bunkhouse,Lodge and Staff Cottage. Can we proceed with Trane. Brice Gordon EFTA01189574
