I spoke to other Chief Pilots to compare our =ractice of paying full pay for airline days,. -Guy Mira chief pilot for Greg Norman =pro-golfer) pays $1,200 in GIV for domestic and $1,400 per day =nternational flights, full pay on airline days. -Neil Young chief pilot for Lyndon Lea, pays $1,200 =or GV flights, all international, EFTA_R1_01949161 EFTA02673304  -Guy Mira who manages (pro-golfer) Adam Scott's GIV pays =1,200 per day, all days. -Jim Posa chief pilot for Jim Clark (founder of =etscape) aircraft G550 pays $1,200 per day domestic and =1,400 international -Gulfstream Test pilots earn $1,800 per day in GIV up to =2,500 per day for flight test profiles, (hazard pay). We can pay what ever you decide, and doesn't matter what =nyone else pays,. since Bill Hammond is exclusive for us in B727 and =IV now, and is always available when we need his service,. if we reduce =is pay to $500 airline day, it may be a different view. ---Dave Rodgers on the other hand is our Full time / =art time paid employee that gets first right to fly any trip, and I can =nderstand paying him $500 per day airline rate, since he flys most =rips with us., Larry Morrison: Larry Morrison has voiced need for pay increase, he =elcomes an opportunity as full time Flight Engineer on our B727 as =ell, Morrison accepted his reduce pay from $30,000 to =10,000 when B727 sat dormant for 2.5 years back in 2009. since we =re flying the B727 on some flights, the aircraft has mechanical =ssues, which requires locating parts, FAA paperwork demands regarding =D compliance and 6 month audit with FAA. Morrison currently has 3 part time jobs. he earns =10,000 plus medical from JEGE, he earns $120,000 as director of =aintenance on GIV N161MM with Fairwinds Aviation, and $39,000 =ith RSVP Jets as director of Maintenance on GIV and Hawker =00. GIV N161MM is currently on the market for sale, but =wner has unrealistic price expectation of $10M,. With Morrison having 3 jobs, you can see the lack =f support he gives JEGE and our Boeing, He provides just barley enough =or me to get by, and I find myself doing all the work as usual.
