Those works will be performed by the firm LA COLONNADE. They require the installation of scafoldings along the street facade, which shall start on September 4, 2013 from the facade on avenue Foch with extension on the rotunda. The works of this facade should end by Christmas and be followed by the works on rue Chalgrin and in the small inner courtyards. Please make sure your windows are properly closed and your insurance company is informed given the scafoldings involved in the works. We also recommend that, inside the apartments, all decorations, items, paintings, curtains or any other ornaments behind and around the bay windows be removed during the works' period. Please be aware that a facade cleaning generates dust despite the precautions taken by the workers. An inventory of the apartments will take place on Tuesday September 10, 2013 from 9 am.
