Her plea to the DP is tomorrow I know that is on leave, and I asked the case team to also reach out to Det.IM, although I'm not sure if he's available. Would it be possible to assign someone to do a threat assessment if cannot do it? Happy to discuss further by phone, and I'm sure the AUSAs would be happy to cut any needed subpoenas.
