Also as I mentioned we are holding a large amount of inventory. Please understand, as much as I would like to keep working and wait until you are ready, considering the scale of the project and the final total amount which will be over $200,000., we would need a $60,000. deposit for all the furniture we are holding and all possible changes until the final amount is defined.
