I went over the contracts below with Jeffrey Sunday and he approved them. Daphne will forward the
request for the manual checks I need later today and I assume she will need your approval to
process them.

Rich was out of the office Fri.
For him to sign off on manual checks I believe I need to present to you the contract commitments for
approval
1.flagpole coral pavers $4.75 ft.low bid contracted to Saint Tile $18,000 total
need check for $6,000 for work in place and they will finish next week

2.main compound stone veneer $25 unpointed,$35 pointed work contracted to Tyson , total estimate
building and walls $79,000
need check for $21,475 for work in place.
3.flagpole cabana marble and coral $5.25 ft. low bid contracted to Ramon Tejeda, total $9,628
just started no check yet
4. the contractor that did the collumn wall is working the sea wall is also doing the upper patio which is
pointed stone both for $28 ft.,total all work $60,000
I will need to continue to need manual checks,just gave him
If these contracts are all ok I will request manual check athority Monday from Rich.

NOTE: our inhouse stone masons have laid 988 sq.ft. at the flagpole (measured by the same
proceedures as we use for subs)and we have $28,331 posted to job cost which results in
$28.67 this # does have some costs of cutting drains thru the existing walls so actuals for just
the walls would be some lower
NOTE: heli.pad wall made of plastered 8' block 5' high $16,180
