The statements in my governing document were true, and the statements in my appeal letter, released to the press at their request were statements I made some time ago.. 2. re my retirement letter: I didn't release it, they did.. they could have held it back if they felt there was a reason. 3. re representation by a lawyer: you were allowed to "attend", by phone, my interviews.. but not allowed to speak.. that is not representation. 4. my discussion of procedures for Universities throughout the US was taken as disparagement of ASU, which seems a stretch I don't plan to respond at this point...
