From: Lvjet To: jeevacatiuMkgmail.com Subject: GIV update Date: Fri, 11 Oct 2013 17:13:19 +0000 completed: -secured waste container in Aft lay. -cut access door in AFT lay wood door under sink to access trash container,. -secured ring at bottom of table -re-enforced lower seat cushion on DIVAN to prevent roll over on edges. -install GIl foam for Divan on GIV -arm rest covers for Table install, have to order more fabric for the rest of aircraft. -tray Tables have been adjusted and have support that allows table to rest on side panel, we also firmly secured the side panel to aircraft, original design was Velcro, tables are better in regards to diving board effect., could not fabricate a U shape support for tray table fold over portion. -install NEW hinge's for fold over table halves Very secure and sturdy now. -routed the tray table lid so your finger can grasp the closing lid for tray tables. -installed ECO water saver/reducer in Aft Lay facet, to prevent wasting water. -fwd entrance curtain adjusted with additional leather to reach top gap to prevent air noise. -adjusted aft door to baggage compartment -adjusted all drawer latches and installed quite cushions. -fabricated dual drink holder for Table. -Ops check headphones, wireless and wired BOSE type for each seat location, adjusted volume on amp to headphones for louder volume, -Aft Sub woofer amp had loose connection due to vibration in Credenza, system sounds better than ever. -VIP electric seat back foam trimmed to prevent motor laboring during extension. -could not find a way to install a LIMIT switch for seat back on Passenger seat across from VIP seat. -installed Air Port whole for Sub woofers. -adjust all drawer hindges for rattles, especially the upper fwd Uhl side rattling latch. -fabricating a Lamp type of cushion for use on Jump seat, -Fabricated seat cushion for Credenza per your design. -THEY ARE STILL WORKING CABIN LIGHING ISSUE, THE HIRED ExcelAir Mx to assist this issue,. -trimmed Fwd cutting board to operate smoother -adjusted VIP tray table to operate in flight. smoother operations. -Fwd Facing Camera is installed and working.
