We also added color coding to the list. The items shaded green are items we believe will be easiest to resolve based on the information you recently provided. We suggest trying to address the outstanding information on these items first (note many of these items require action from our side). Once we have the details for the green items, we should be in a position to request a partial settlement. The items that have no color coding are items still lacking substantive descriptions. If the photographs you have already provided depict any of these items, please let us know. For the items highlighted in purple, Mclarens needs to demonstrate to the carrier these objects meet the definition of fine art under the policy. The policy defines fine arts as "paintings, etchings, statuary and other bona fide works of art, historical value or artistic merit". It is particularly important to supply as much information as possible about the creators or manufacturers of these items. Please let me know if you have any questions.
