There are many days I do not need her at all-but for her to be on a rigid schedule with someone else, unfortunately does not work_we pay her for full time even though she is very much NOT full time (but I `retain' her so she is at my beckoning call!) This all being said, I'm sure she would LOVE to help out whenever she can_but you may want (and understandably so) someone who is dedicated to show up every Mon and Tues 8-noon!
