(The attached came via Cindy Michel (CCO). AP Invesco will now be used to conduct trading. LDB owner; BJW manager with sole investment authority. When drafting the LLC agreement, please consider the attached as it will be imperative that the LLC comply with the two items in the quarterly certificate.
