From there, the rest is detail work, like finding unique authors sets etc. I would say, a week per country for a rough top ten list should more than enough. Fine tuning by, say, adjusting for subject, and crosschecking with another source takes a bit more time. I could to this - which countries is Jeffrey interested in?
