PBPD reported that they had an ongoing investigation regarding EPSTEIN procuring underage girls from local high schools to perform massages and sexual acts at his residence. The victims were usually recruited by other underage females and after performing various acts were paid sums of money in the $200- $1000 range. EPSTEIN paid for at age 20 to travel to Thailand to attend a school specializing in massages. was interviewed and explained that FIGUEROA told her of his ex-girlfriend, FIGUEROA told that had been to EPSTEIN's residence on many occasions and said that was the reason had so much money and was able to support him.
