Hovensa has yet to close the rack, they are still playing hard ball with the VI Govt. There is still upwards of 500,000 gallons that is there. I have been told it is essentially Bohlke's fuel since we are the primary purchaser. They rate has stayed high 3.16 I believe and due to come down soon. The expensive inventory should be exhausted soon. Our hope is that it will be reopened at a minimum as a terminal. With the low prices in oil now is really the time to hedge.
