I woud like everyone reading this to examamine the rules under which I was examined. you will find that the ONLY way for me to have tested the credibiltiy in science FALSIFIBALOTY of those that made statements against me , no matter how outrageious fabricated or motivated. I could only test their credibilty AFTER and only AFTER i would have been dismisssed. !!! I kid you not. On Fri, Oct 12, 2018 at 1:58 PM Lawrence Krauss wrote: good.. I also added "I felt" before undermined.. as that will make it more difficult for university to respond if they disagree.. Today the University closed their employment review process against me, and contemporaneously I announced my intention to retire from my position as Professor in the School of Earth and Space Exploration and the Physics Department at ASU, at the end of this academic year, May 16, 2019. I feel vindicated that the University has accepted my retirement request and agreed to settle the employment process with no admission of wrongdoing. It is worth stressing that following the University Investigation it remains true that none of my students, faculty colleagues, postdoctoral research associates, or participants in the Origins events I led over the the past decade at ASU has issued any complaints to the University regarding my behavior. The Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences had recommended my dismissal on July 31 following the completion of investigations by the Office of Equity EFTA01019830 and Inclusion. I then appealed the Dean's decision and I presented new evidence and information that I felt undermined the credibility of the claims, and a number of the claimants. Subsequent to that the Dean and I communicated regarding Conciliation. I look forward to working hard to continue my writing, research, and public outreach activities after retiring from ASU.
