F,
and I are likely to be in NY Easter early evening. Are you up for tea or dinner? or post dinner hang out?
I've been thinking a lot about you and the whole situation. I have an idea, especially after looking at Dan Ariely's
data... briefly here:
That you would fund a forgiveness project of some sort. There are a few in existence now and Templeton has
funded programs in this area. There are processes (A.C.T., the Work of Byron Katie, Radical Forgiveness) and
there's a physiology/neuroscience of forgiveness, also. There's a way in which these things might be brought
together under an umbrella of some sort or that they might be compared to find the strongest process, then
workshops in the most effective processes offered, on scholarship, both to people in prisons and people who
perceive themselves as victims....
Just a thought.
Hope to see you in NY. Thanks for time at M.
xoxo
I spent a little time with Boris here in Seattle. Fascinating and terrific guy.
