The latter, keen on decoration and furniture, showed interest in the work of the former. Mr Jean-Pierre FANCELLI thus presented some of his artistic creations in the field of art cabinet making, including regarding a desk piece of furniture. Mr Jean-Pierre FANCELLI currently intends to edit and market a desk piece of furniture. He offers to place at Mr Jeffrey EPSTEIN's disposal free of charge a prototype of such desk in accordance with the attached description. Such prototype shall be completed no later than December 31, 2014. Mr Jeffrey EPSTEIN may collect it in Paris if he so wishes. In the event that this prototype should not agree with Mr EPSTEIN, he would have no obligation whatsoever to collect it and Mr Jean-Pierre FANCELLI would on his part have no obligation towards Mr Jeffrey EPSTEIN.
