They need me. Goals are clear. Burden on me to do well which is good. Can work where I need to for a while (good for Melanie). Apple just hired a guy from adobe. He's really not good. Tim cook really needs help. Google needs help after firing their guy on android. Existing Computer companies going through identity crises all at once.
