On trustee approval of art purchases will go for totally clean resolution (obviously no memo) but won't be surprised if they want the resolution to reference leon's advice and expertise since last one or two resolutions I believe included that language. Have to see how it plays. 3. For what its worth I think I know the facts abt the finance/eileen/barry screw up friday. Haven't heard eileens "explanation" since she was gone when I went to speak to her abt it. Will lead to an acceleration of her leaving the co for reasons you're familiar with.
