I think we talked about this while we were there, and were concerned about the view of the living room roof from the garden, and/or the elevation of the pool deck. I will send you a couple of plan sketches by Thursday morning for review; one based on what we discussed last week, and one based on this idea. I know your schedule is extremely busy, and I really appreciate the amount of time you were able to spend with us. The work sessions were productive, and I think we have a clear approach to the new conceptual layout. EFTA_R1_01481055 EFTA02416626 Next week, we are going to provide a revised conceptual plan for the main residence area, including the pool area, living room/cabana, and primary circulation paths. I will include notes about each of the various areas we discussed. Gary and I are also working on a master schedule for design and construction of each of these areas. For clarity and efficiency, and to make sure we prioritize your needs, I think we need to separate major areas into the following: I. Main Residence. This is the primary focus. This includes the pool area, the living room, the north terrace, and the stairs connecting the master bedroom, terrace, living room area, and east upper garden area. 2. Guest cottage. New guest cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sitting room, patio and access stair. 3. Spa. 4 treatment rooms, sitting area, bathroom/support spaces. With exterior silting area near top ofnursery. and hardscape treatment at bottom of nursery (over existing concrete pad). 4. Music room. 5. Staff cottage. 4 bedrooms with private baths, living/dining/kitchen area, laundry and support. I am also contacting our AN consultant for recommendations on appropriately-scaled equipment for your living room/media room. I will issue a more detailed summary next week.
