The G4G Tribute Books are a series of hardbound volumes that to date have been published by AK Peters Press (now part of CRC Press). Unfortunately, we suspect that at the time of the death of Tom Rodgers in 2011, several articles previously submitted for consideration for future Tribute book volumes were left on Tom's computer systems or email accounts. These accounts are no longer accessible to us. Please note that no G4G Exchange Book submissions have been lost. The G4G9 and G4G10 Exchange books are still in production, and there is no need for you to resubmit your contributions to them. However, please resubmit your previous G4G Tribute Book submissions, if indeed you made one. We also encourage new submissions of papers; moreover, such submissions may be in part or whole identical to an Exchange Book contribution, but should have content and quality appropriate to a commercial hardcover publication. Please include all source files and images required to produce your paper (TeX format preferred; alternatively MS .docx).
