Upon demolition the substrate will be inspected. Any additional repairs deemed necessary will be assessed at that time. Dumpste: to be supplied by others. Cost breakdown is as follows: Demo and disposal of existing $18,400.00 Flash and Flexcrete substrate $6,350.0o Install cast stone pavers S28,300.00 Supply cast stone allowance` $14,900.00 Total Contract Amount $67,950.00 Deposit Due Upon Acceptance S33,975.00 Balance to be billed every two weeks according to job progress. •Allowance only.
