Definitely no need to read all (or really any!) of it unless you'd like to, but it's something and I have been working on for a couple months and this past weekend we passed it up the chain to our immediate supervisors for their review, and we expect that it will continue to be refined and expanded as we go. Ultimately it will go up to the U.S. Attorney here (and possibly to Dial after that).
