Ellen has begun to address the majority of structural deficiencies. however she is only the contractor.. She does not have the necessary info to make informed critical decisions. many investment details.missing, cash flows. past trust accounting, unrealized tax issues, etc. involving hundred of millions of dollars. most importantly she does not know YOU. your values, your vulnerabilities your history,- your program. She is not your architect As an example, she thought that IF you chose to ,she would draft it so that you might pay for the summer camp , MIGHT pay??-, of Jamie's other children , so that the siblings could spend their future summers together. MIGHT? Jamie ,his family Eric and Clare, are your extended family . closer to your heart then some yet unnamed charity that a future trustee might choose in his/her discretion to give your money to. Jamie will be responsible for the upbringing of what you said last night was your greatest gift, Rene . . I strongly believe that You will make it impossible for him to do it with grace, as currently structured, . and I believe it will wreak havoc on his own family.- no good deed going unpunished.
