From: Paul Cassell <[email protected]> Cc: "Brad Edwards (brad®pathtojustice.com)" <[email protected]> Subject: RE: 11th Circuit victory for Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2 -- want production of correspondence quickly Date: Fri, 18 Apr 2014 15:22:25 +0000 Importance: Normal Attachments: VICTIORY.pdf You may have seen that the 11th Circuit just ruled in our favor on the U.S. Attorneys correspondence issue. The opinion is attached. You will notice that the Court's order has "liftled] the stay of the order compelling the United States to disclose the correspondence." In light of the fact that the stay has now been lifted, we would like to receive that correspondence as quickly as possible — as Judge Marra directed. Please advise as to how you will make production. Thanks in advance for your help. We stand ready to assist in quick production any way that you would find most useful.
