From: William Blum Sent: Thursday, November 10, 2016 11:25 PM To: jeffrey E. Cc: Enka Kellerhals Subject: RE: FW: DRAFT VI Financial Services Legislation - Status Dear Jeff — Spoke to Barry and Peter today. Seems like we will be moving right along. They are generally happy with the draft and will be sending some minor comments by early next week. No issues on the repatriation provisions. In fact, no major issues at all. We are shooting on getting a final draft version to the Governor by early in the week of November 21. I am told that there might be some chance for consideration in the lame duck session after Thanksgiving. The first attachment is the most important as it contains his proposed changed to the Governor's cover letter. One of his proposals is to drop the "Repatriation Provisions" until we see what Trump's proposal will be in that regard. Any comments?
