They are generally happy with the draft and will be sending some minor comments by early next week. No issues on the repatriation provisions. In fact, no major issues at all. We are shooting on getting a final draft version to the Governor by early in the week of November 21. I am told that there might be some chance for consideration in the lame duck session after Thanksgiving.
