The Client further understands that the confidentiality of any communication from or with the Firm that is addressed, by email or otherwise, to more than one client can be breached intentionally or inadvertently by any client to whom it is addressed or who is present during the communication. In other words, confidential communications between a group of clients and the Firm are only as confidential as all clients in the group choose to keep them. The Client agrees that the inadvertent receipt of any client's confidential information or secrets shall not in any way limit any client's confidentiality rights or waive any privilege.
