The owner, Larry, is a pretty good guy and their quality from my understanding is good. I think their prices are competitive. I don't know if you want my input on the plant choices but here it goes. Flamboyant or Royal poincianna- Beautiful gets huge and vibrant color once a year Frangi pani- Beautiful in bloom but deciduous Mr E would kill someone if he has to look at it bare oleander-great plant but gets bugs The other areas I will not comment on because I am not there to see the total area i.e. proximity to salt and light conditions. I will comment on how Mr E did not like the bromeliads at his house in Palm Beach and one of the other suggestions is pretty invasive. They should get a bunch of the cheap #2 stuff that is available and use it as fillers in the larger open areas. If you or Mr Epstein have any more questions you know how to get a hold of me From: Jeffrey Epstein [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, June 29, 2010 12:36 PM To: Emad Hanna Subject: Fwd: Plant Suggestions did you run these prices by randy Forwarded messaue From: Joseph [gala Date: Mon, May 31, 2010 at I I 12 AM Subject: Plant Suggestions To: bgordon.lsj ukerIle% [email protected] EFTA_R1_01471525 EFTA02410625 Good Morning, As Requested, I have compiled a list of suggestions to increase the visual "Color" of the island. I have taken photos of certain areas suggested by Brice to focus on, and I have attached photos of plants I think would do well there. I have also included a few photos of native Mahogany and Turpentine trees that I think would do well along the south coast. To be perfectly clear- I recommend the following: Because of their hearty attributes, heat and drought resistance, and proven acclimation to this region. Flowers: - Oleander -Frangipani -Bouganvilla - Desert Rose -Ginger Thomas Trees: - Flamboyant - Mahogany EFTA_R1_01471526 EFTA02410626 -Terpentine ***I have also attached an excel spreadsheet with some price considerations. An interesting website illustraiting and describing the native, and most prolific local plants/flowers. http://stjohnusvi.net/st-john-plants-flowers.php Turpentine Trees in our Nursery An introduced Mahogany tree doing quite well, below the Gym EFTA_R1_01471527 EFTA02410627 The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
