Your e-mail below is not entirely accurate and paints a false and completely biased picture to those not intimately involved. I am very much aware of who Darren and Richard are and their role under your employment. If the purpose of including them in this e-mail is to intimidate or apply pressure on me, you should recognize that this is not required and offensive to me. If it is for a different agenda, then I would appreciate you clearly identify such now so that I know if my continued time and resources are utilized in a positive manner. Jeffrey, I have worked tirelessly to try to make you happy and remain steadfast in my conviction to do so. I have made myself available to you seemingly around the clock 7 days a week. I am extremely responsive and have provided you with more attention than any other client I have ever dealt with in 27 years of business - regardless of project size, client wealth or celebrity. I do not agree with all of your accusations and for those items that clearly require our attention, we have been 100% responsive - regardless of my work load and other in-house projects.
