The quote is $1,375 for the following services: 1. Visual inspection of the available areas to check for possible fungal odor, visible fungal growth and or bacterial growth. 2. Visual inspection of the HVAC air handlers and duct system. 3. Retrieve a minimum of 4 air and/or lift tape samples from the within the office for microbial analysis. 4. Retrieve 1 outdoor sample to determine the Normal Fungal Ecology. 5. Perform moisture testing, relative humidity and temperature checks throughout the office. 6. Send samples to a certified microbiological laboratory for analysis with results returned to us within 3 to 5 days. 7. Provide a simple report detailing findings, lab results and possible recommendations within 24 hours of receiving the lab results. As we discussed previously, there are visible signs of mold in three offices, the kitchen and the back hallway. Mr. Christian would like to determine the type of mold in order to properly treat it. Mr. Christian has the following certifications: CIEC, Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant ABI, Asbestos Building Inspector ACS, Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor CMR, Certified Mold Remediator CMI, Certified Mold Inspector ABI, Asbestos Building Inspector LBI, Lead Building Inspector ASCS, Air Systems Cleaning Specialist CVI, Certified Ventilation Inspector VSMR, Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator WRT, Water damage Restoration Technician FSRT, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician CTT, Crime Scene & Trauma Cleanup Technician EDS, Environmental Disinfection Specialist Please let me know if you approve of the expenditure.
