If you understand that our work has now significantly increased following the hearing, I would ask that you reach out to Scott and make arrangements to place additional funds into our firm's trust account. I and/or Scott would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have. What we are trying to avoid is any problems like we collectively had last time as it was certainly uncomfortable for both you and for us. I know your cases seem never ending and this must frustrate you. But as you are aware these people keep getting big paydays so they are relentless in continuing to pursue you. You are a big juicy target to them.
