Not sure why the CVS Mx dept. insists the float bottles are our responsibility., $57k
We pay the Labor, they pay for Parts and repairs on all items due up until closing is standard.
I am OK with the PreBuy they are proposing for Option2, with the correction, float bottles with be seller
cost.

Below is some feedback on the pre-buy. This was just me and the mx crew talking, so don't consider it
formal just yet, it's just what we're thinking. I think there's two options:

1) Perform a standard deal with the pre-buy scope below, OR
2) I know we said we're willing to put this through a formal inspection and we still are, however,
subject to CVS being okay with this - back to my last Friday request: If you want to be quicker,
perhaps we can have CVS pay for the float bottles (which unloads $60k from your scope), do a
standard/smaller pre-buy, close, then you bring it to AAG and take advantage of the inspection
slot they are holding. I know the hub inside of the mast was replaced a year ago so we don't
expect any issues in there.
Attorney is planning on getting a revised draft out before the weekend.
Pre Buy Scope at Buyer's expense:
• 3, 6, 12 month inspection — OK
• 36 month inspection — OK
• 25/50/100/300 hour inspections — OK on 25/50, but remove 100/300 from scope because they are so
far out — due in 75 and 275 hours, respectively
• 500 hour inspection — remove because it is 290 hours away
• 600 hour inspection — OK
• 1250 hour inspection — remove because it is 395 hours away
• ICA codes — OK
• Float bottles - OK for you to replace
• Engine borescopes — OK
• R&R all tail rotor control cables — OK
• R&R all main rotor spindle outer race bearings — remove as this is done in the 1250 hour inspection
• 12/24 FAR 91 checks — OK
• Main rotor spindle NDT — remove as this is done in the 1250 hour inspection
• Batteries & light power supply 12 mo checks - OK
• Shop supplies / misc — OK
