The building, One City Plaza, explained to Darren that they will need to have an actual persons name on the lease for screening and background check. I went to Jack to get the needed info. Jack is not willing to give out his SS# (among other personal things requested). Jack said that he will give his tax ID # if the apartments are to be in his firms name.
