Will do.
Just make sure when brad says "didn't help" he is reminded that I didn't disparage. And disparage does not mean help.

I agree, what i propose is to get the agreement signed and filed with the sec. THen you can say whatever you like ,
aslong as you refer to the publicly filed agreement that says you will not disparage, " I will answer that question, but as
you know i was asked to sign a non-= disparagement agreeement, so as not to violate that provision I would tell you
that i prefer to have meetings where no one jumps up wearing a green football jersey, screams about things they know
little about , and then frothing at the sides of the mouth goes on to the next meeting, . hey„ but that s just my opinion.

It isn't like that for me.
Here's some new data. Got unsolicited mail "employee survey out--results show how much people don't like
Steve and miss you. Tons of verbatim comments."
They just want to erase me. We watched the "Lost Interview of Steve jobs" (Reed Hastings sent mail telling me
to watch). Jobs points out that apple was in trouble and Sculley basically decided all troubles came from Jobs. Jobs said
Sculley had no vision. Well he did..his vision was to remain CEO. Reed wasn't kidding about the parallels.
All I have are my ideas. They have gone to great lengths to foreclose me working (agreement and bill at
samsung). They have gone to great lengths to trash me (ny times). But they can't take my ideas that have nothing to do
with Microsoft.
I've done nothing. There's nothing they can point to that i did that disparaged or solicited or otherwise. Even
the guy that got offered a CEO job was already on the headhunters list.
The way I see it is that they have made it clear what they are worried about. More than anything it is what I say.
But I am going to talk about our industry. If reporters want to connect what I say to what Steve does i can't stop them.
Their alternative is that I say whatever I want. Since I will work for a competitor in some way (even a startup
that writes iPhone apps) their concerns about what I say only get worse. Any job i get means I become a critic of
Microsoft. They must be confused. Ironically working at apple or google would have been better for them in that regard
since i would be more dignified.
Plus they want non compete, non-solicit, and cooperation.

All I ask in return is money.
But they can't buy silence about the workings of our industry or how management works.
I see this as me having the cards now.
You got this to more money. That's great. It still isn't enough for me to be in a cave. I won't work at those
companies. I won't be critical or positive about Microsoft. I will help them when they are in legal trouble. I won't get
people who want to quit jobs.
So it isn't fuck off. We are at a spot where they are getting a ton. If it isn't enough it gets way worse and i don't
even have to be a bad guy.

it says "I experienced reorgs"
it does not talk about Windows 8 or what I was doing, but about disruptive technologies which is
basically all they talk about at Harvard.
I know what you are saying. I know what he is saying. But I am not going to be accused of
disparagement by omission or allegory.
I suppose the option is that I skip the agreement and am much clearer about Microsoft and about what I
think.

It does talk about what you were doing when you were there though you didn't use the name

Ok. He just doesn't like the topics. No mention of Microsoft or anything. Just related to the
