Our records indicate it has been more than a year since you last came in for an annual check-up. In order to continue to have brief interim visits, you need an annual check-up---to include a complete update of history (including nutrition and lifestyle and health challenges), physical exam and lab testing/review. If you have a current in-network insurance Primary Care Physician, you are welcome to come in for functional and integrative perspective of issues that conventional medicine may not be adequately addressing. In order to do this you will need a periodic comprehensive evaluation.. We are contacting you to arrange a time that is convenient for you to come in to see Dr. Merrell in the new year. This is for the annual comprehensive check-up of 60 to 75 minutes depending on complexity. Please call the office at to arrange this. This will allow access to requisitions for tests, personal instructions, invoices, labs and reports (soon), and web-based communication directly with the office (no more encrypted emails!)---as well as use of a comprehensive integrative medicine library of resources.
