Hi Rich,
The Apple Certified Support Professio=al Registry has two techs in Albuquerque:
Bryan Filmer ( ) is the Service Mang=r for Baillios, which is a local computer store. They could
almost certainl= be contracted for an onsite assist.

Baillios - 5301 Menaul NE, Albuquerque, NM 87=10 I Phone:1-800-=40-7511 I Email:

The=other is Tony Greiner,( ) who works for=Homan's, USA which appears to be focused on
enterprise deployments.=He might be an option if Baillios falls through.
The ACSP test is fairly reality based, so ei=her guy should be capable of speaking geek with me.... whether they
c=n get through the briceblock is another question altogether, of course.
=div class="">From what J EE said, the house network has a problem with t=e positioning of the basestations —
his computer is holding on to t=e signal from one room when he moves to the other. We need to have someone m=ke
sure the firmware on all of the basestations is updated and run signal t=st room to room and move the basestations as
needed.

The boss as=ed about internet connection options at Zorro. I looked up the hardware tha= we purchased
(original quote brice sent is attached so you don't h=ve to look it up), and it looks like we are using an [external
antennae tha= picks up the Verizon LTE signal] to a [Feeney Verizon LTE modem that=translates the signal to a USB
cable] to the [Cradlepoint router that trans=ates it to ethernet].
The other optio= is to run a second antennae, modem and router into a cisco switch to load b=lance the two
connections, though he'd still only see the max —15 M=ps at a time, as any single device / computer can only use one
connection a= a time. Honestly, I don't think that's really happening =80 I don't think other people are sapping the
internet while he =80 s trying to use it — so I don't know that this will he=p much other than looking good on paper.
If we go the second LTE connection, we should get a C=sco switch that has WEB based management and 4 WAN
ports so we can plug in t=e rest of the connections into it and get rid of the Adtran.
