For sure we can give the tenants earlier access...I have tentatively hired the movers for June 24th. We should have a better idea end of this week...but all looks good for this date (we just need our CO)...yes, they would need to switch the utilities to their name... Get the lock boxes and For Rent sign whenever convenient..1 did have a realtor call me last night who wanted to come with clients today to see the house...so we need to get the house off line as well. If you are out before the 1st I recommend that you let the tenants have early access provided they switch all of the utilities into their name.
