The motion to unseal filed by petitioner below and the petition for writ of certiorari filed by petitioner in this Court were not filed in good faith and are not supported by a sound legal and factual basis. 1 This amended motion has the Administrative Rule 2.303 attached, which was inadvertently omitted from the original motion.
