I have attached a draft of the letter to be submitted in connection with the application for Jeffrey's Second
Passport. Please note that I would like to be able to indicate that he is planning travel to countries requiring
visas and that we will need the second passport to obtain those visas while the first passport is with him when
traveling to France. The idea is that he needs his passport with him for his upcoming trip to one country while
at the same time he needs to apply for visas to other countries to which he will be traveling shortly thereafter.
Does not have to be France, but I figured that would make the most sense.
