You asked me to come sort out the situation with Brice and Anna and staffing in general. I found a couple you like, split up Anna and o they can co exist and gave them realistic areas of responsibility. On top of that, I've been keeping an eye on both and Anna's areas of responsibility and helped out where needed. Including spending all my day Saturday cleaning beaches and plucking weeds, rearranging stones for your arrival. I've never once had a chance to sit down to define my role with you. I was asked to come to do one thing and then is expected to do something entirely different. Sony it did not work out.
