1) Worked on siemens BMS system from off site checked all house systems prior to arrival at 71 st street.
Found AC-2 & AC -3 main chilled water control valve not controlling chilled water discharge fan set points
properly .Set points dropping below set 60 deg setting. I will contact Siemens if problem continues to tighten
up control loop.
What does checking on system entail - are you viewing computer screen - how were you alerted that ac-2 and ac-
3 were not controlling chilled water

2) picked up tools and hardware went over to 301 East 66 st 3m to install over head light fixture had to go to
Gracious Home to get additional electrical connectors to complete installation. removed nailed wood shelf in
closet

I am unsure why you worked at 301 as I understand that when Lesley asked you to look at Apartment 11P (larry
apt) bed that collapsed you responded
"you were an engineer and you do not do this kind of work"

3) Returned to 9east 71st worked on small steam leak on high pressure condensate line steam reduction
repaired leak.
Regarding Con Ed steam leak: Con ed contacted us to make us aware their was a leak in early March
You mentioned that you would begin to do daily reading from that point on however i have not seen one reading
since your email with 5/14 tasks
I will send another email with analysis however this unnoticed steam leak cost JEE approximately $35,000
4) Checked cooling tower sump water drained sediment from bottom of sump added biocide tablets to
chemical feeder system
How often do you check sump / Will this need to be done once AD winston does their work
How often do you add tablets to system?
5) answered e mails on Zorro Exhaust system installation, scaffold proposals,
6) made building check of 9 east from 6th fl to SC-level made light bulb list of all bulbs needed in stock room
replacement list to put order in supply house for 5/14.
How long does this process take. Do you go in every room. Please include your notes from this building check
in daily emails.
7) contacted Electrican for entrance picture light installation will meet Ostroff electrical Wednesday 5/15 9;30
am to review installation
Have you contacted Matthew to see when lighting fixtures will arrive?
8) called Andy McCraffery for fire alarm system proposal left voice mail to contact me.
May 8th stanley was going to contact you to gather info for bid - please update on this / did you call back
tuesday or wednesday since you left voicemail that was not returned
9) checked cooling tower #2 motor contactor tripping out re set CT # 2 new tower mcp will replace this
problem.
How are you alterted that cooling tower motor trips out - is reset manual in basement or computer reset? what is
MCP?

possibly build a wood scaffold?
