Canadian Dollar.
(i) "CAD-BA-CDOR" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the average rate
for Canadian Dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears
on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page as of 10:00 am., Toronto time, on that Reset Date. If such
rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CDOR Page, the rate for that Reset Date will be
determined as if the parties had specified 'CAD-BA-Reference Banks" as the applicable Floating
Rate Option.
(ii) "CAD-BA-CDOR-Bloomberg" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the
average rate for Canadian Dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity
which appears on the Bloomberg Screen ALLX CDOR<GO> Page as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto
time, on that Reset Date. If such rate does not appear on the Bloomberg Screen ALLX
CDOR<GO> Page, the rate for that Reset Date will be determined as if the parties had specified
"CAD-BA-Reference Banks" as the applicable Floating Rate Option.
(iii) "CAD-BA-Reuters" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the average rate
for settlement rates for Canadian Dollar bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated
Maturity which appears on the Reuters Screen CAFIX= Page as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on
that Reset Date. If such rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CAFIX= Page, the rate for
that Reset Date will be determined as if the parties had specified "CAD-BA-Reference Banks" as
the applicable Floating Rate Option.
(iv) - CAD-BA-Reference Banks" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be
determined on the basis of the bid rates of the Reference Banks for Canadian Dollar bankers
acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity for settlement on that Reset Date and in a
Representative Amount accepted by the Reference Banks as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on that
Reset Date. The Calculation Agent will request the principal Toronto office of each of the
Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two quotations are provided, the rate
for that Reset Date will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations. If fewer than two quotations are
provided as requested, the rate for that Reset Date will be the arithmetic mean of the bid rates
quoted by major banks in Toronto, selected the Calculation Agent, for Canadian Dollar
bankers acceptances for a period of the Designated Maturity for settlement on that Reset Date and
in a Representative Amount accepted by those banks as of 10:00 a.m., Toronto time, on that Reset
Date.
(v) "CAD-TRILL-Reuters" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the average
rate for Government of Canada Treasury bills for a period of the Designated Maturity which
appears on the Reuters Screen CAFIX= Page as of 10:00 am., Toronto time, on that Reset Date.
If such rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen CAFIX= Page, the rate for that Reset Date will
be determined as if the parties had specified "CAD-TB1LL-Reference Banks- as the applicable
Floating Rate Option.
(vi) - CAD-TBILL-Reference Banks" means that the rate for a Reset Date will be
determined on the basis of the secondary market bid rates of the Reference Banks as of 10:00
a.m., Toronto time, on that Reset Date for the issue of current Government of Canada Treasury
bills with a remaining maturity closest to the Designated Maturity. The Calculation Agent will
request the principal Toronto office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its
rate. If at least two quotations are provided, the rate for that Reset Date will be the arithmetic
mean of the quotations. If fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate for that
Reset Date will be the arithmetic mean of the secondary market bid rates quoted by major banks
