Dear Larry,=/span>
Please have a look at the=attached draft agreement and see if it meets the approval of Mr.
Epstein a=d his attorneys.
I did have a lengthy conv=rsation earlier today with ROYAL JET and I will come back to you with a
fu=l report , in the morning your time.
Hope you have a safe flig=t today.
Very best regards<=>

Dear Darren,=/u>
Further to the emails below, we have now discussed t=e points raised with Royal Jet.
To keep matters moving forward, please find attached=a revised draft of the Aircraft
Purchase Agreement (in clean and red-line =gainst the last draft) (which remains subject to the further review of Roy=l
Jet).
Please note the following:
1. : Royal Jet have agreed that all 3 engines may underg= the boroscopic
examinations at the same time prior to the main pre-purcha=e inspection. Royal Jet will require that, at the least, those
examinations follow the i=spection process for the aircraft itself in that the engines should be acc=pted if they are in the
Delivery Condition (rather than there being a wide= discretion). Note that Royal Jet are incurring costs in grounding two
aircraft to complete these examin=tions and potential swaps and that the inspection process is already in th=
Purchaser's favour given it is rare there is no discrepancy requiring=rectification.
2. : Royal Jet accepts that the Purchaser will not have=complete control over Etihad,
so we have made the requirement to commence =he inspection by 18 December=/span> subject to the availability of
Etihad. As a general poin=, it is important that we finalise the Aircraft Purchase Agreement and con=irm this slot quickly
so we do not lose it.
3. : Boroscopic examinations of the engines are now exc=uded from the main pre-
purchase inspection given they will already have be=n carried out.
4. : Royal Jet will permit further flight tests to be c=rried out, but if they are not
necessary as per manufacturer's mainten=nce manual for release to service then the Purchaser should pay for them.
5. : Royal Jet has agreed to remove the time limit on p=ovision of the inspection
report (so it will simply be provided "a= soon as is reasonably practicable").
6. : Given we have not made any progress in inserting =n actual amount for the
combined single limit, in order to move this forwa=d, we have simply made reference to a market standard amount.

7. : We have corrected the typos referenced below.<=u>
We will forward the aircraft specs and inspection sc=pe to you once received from Royal
Jet. Once those are inserted, we =hould be able to put the Aircraft Purchase Agreement into execution form a=d
proceed with signing.
We look forward to hearing from you.</=>
Kind regards,
Mike

Bob,
Mr. Epstein is happy to enter=into an agreement with you, your interests need
to be aligned, h= doesn't want to get a better price and pay you less of a commission, it should be the reverse. So the
proposal is as follows: =u>
$16M -$16.4M you get $250k.=C2*
$16.4M - $16.6M you get $200k=
EFTA_R1_01889769

$16 6M - $16.8M you get =150k.
above $16.8M you getQ=AO$100k.

Hi Larry,
Good morning from sunny Monaco.
First off let me reiterate the following. I have always prided myself in gi=ing
people the "Best "advise that I know how. Next , I have alwa=s prided myself in honesty and transparency and lastly I'm
probably th= hardest working aircraft broker that you will ever meet.
However I only work hard for money and that's what separates me from mo=t
other brokers I really have no real love for aviation and you would=be hard pressed to find me at any air shows or
conventions and for sure yo= will never read very much about me in the Internet. We are just known for working hard ,
producing results an= getting deals done and being remunerated handsomely for our success's=.
I pride myself in giving good advice, which is what I did with Mr. Epstein.=br>
1. The BEST deal in the world on a "good " pre-owned BBJ is Royal=Jet YG-
038 bar none.
2. The nicest BBJ at a very fair price ( off-market ) is YG-062 ....Alberto=Pinto
designed
3. The Best deal in the world on any aircraft anywhere was Boeing 757-200 S=N
24923 ( Which is why we sold it within 24 hours after Mr. Epstei='s rejection last week. )
Therefore I would be proud and privileged to represent your interests in tr=ing
to get a deal done with Royal Jet. My fee would equal 1% of the aircra=t upon selling price to be paid simultaneously at
closing by Buyer. Of cou=se we would need to close a successful transaction in order to be paid. I would also need to see
the original L.O=1. containing all of the terms and conditions discussed with Royal Jet , I=st time around. I have some very
strong connections with Royal Jet and I f=el confident that I could add a lot to the deal.
Thanks' in advance for your considerations and I will await your respon=e.
I'm out for a private lunch today with the Prince so all my phones will=be turned
off for the next 2 hours.
Wish you all the very best
Bob P.
