Paul is asking if there is any way you would release the 407 this week so they may close before the May 10th contract date? Paul is aware of the dates and their commitment to close by the 10th, however, since Eagle Helicopters is funding this helicopter for a large client, the contract mission requires the helicopter to be in service by the 10th in Canada, obviously not our problem, and Paul is accepting the delay, they are asking if we could depart St Thomas when the weather clears? It was Paul's understanding that closing by May 10th would work, since there was talk of earlier closing, this would enable Eagle to de-register the helicopter and acquire the Canadian license to be able to put the helicopter to work asap. please advise if your are willing to release? Paul does not want to offend you or hinder the deal in anyway, and is only asking for a favor in this matter of early closing..
