Hi Jean Luc,
Please do not even send me an email about my behavior even being reminiscent to any patterns of For me it is
the ultimate insult but I am probably misinterpreting your email. If I do anything ever it is in the best intentions for the
company period. In the case of Anthony action needed to be taken and there are times when decisions need to be
made instantly and without delay and of course I had every intention to inform you but as the manager of the company
there will always be moments when I need to take action. I was taking a long weekend with my parents between
scouting two cities and clearly beat me to informing you and you were not in the country as well.
In the case of the credit card it is in the best interest of the company. I am happy to cut it up and not use it - but even
equested that it be used on a couple of occasions due to some technical problems like the other card for
Miami cancelled and since it has a slightly different billing statement for cash flow.
But the true reason I have established it to begin with is that the company needs a card if something should happen to
you. You are 25 years older than me and in the event of your untimely or timely death (whatever the case may be) the
company needs to be covered as your accounts will all be defunct and will be closed. As you know I am not in the
practice of doing things behind your back but when it comes to making sure the company can operate and be secure for
the future my mission has always been clear. My intentions are not strange or bazaar nor are they self-indulgent. We
have not been taking all the proper precautions to secure our business and I am sure you can appreciate my thought
process especially in the wake of having some questions regarding your last will and testament.
The thought of operating this business without you brings me no joy; however, I have had to come to the realization that
this is my career and a long time ago I have made a permanent commitment to the business and the company of MC2.
