Filling of Irrigation Pond continues, a =umping schedule for the Wells has been set and will be

The Transducer for Well B has been sent back =o Solinst, Canada for repair, as it not transmitting

There are minor programming issues that need =o be addressed. Honeywell are on schedule for
the a site visit late =ext week.
The=Honeywell Control System Remote access and the Alarm Call out has been =f great
benefitA.
Lutron Light System
As Discussed the Lutron Lighting system is =lowly failing
Will research replacement options for =amera's
Landscaping
Site =alls
As previously =iscussed the Site Walls at the Entrance to the Main House are in bad =hape.
There are also other areas of plaster work that need to be =ddressed. Work will be placed out to bid late Febuary
East =arden
A portion of the The =orth Eastern Corner of the East Garden has collapsed due to a =rrigation
Leak. This is a tricky fix due to location, Scheduled for =epair Feb/March weather dependent.
A =mall Herd of Cows have damaged the dry stack Walls, Lavender beds and =urf.
The Eastern Terrace Lavender =eds and Turf have also sustain damage from the roaming =erd.!!
Landscape =ighting
A number of landscape =ight fixtures have failed, propose replacing all with new LED =ixtures
Will forward proposal to do =o.

Lodge:
Carpet
The backing =n the Carpet is failing, causing the carpet to =o11/Gather.
The Carpet is also =tained in the master bedroom.
Carpet is Original to build.
Bedroom =amps
Bedroom Side Table Lamps =ill need to brought. These where destroyed in last years =reak-in.
Ranch Central:
Gate Security Camera's
Existing Camera system has failed. Gates are =perational.
Will research replacement =ptions.
Bunkhouse
Septic =ine from the Bunkhouse to Septic Tank situated in the back yard of the =dobe needs to
be replaced. Recurring blockage problem keeps =ccurring. Gene Bassett Sewage Company indicated roots from the tree
in =he backyard have compromised the line.
Garage =eaters
The Existing Garage =eaters are failing. These units are Original to build, Kings Propane =ave
indicated that parts are no longer available for =epair.
Proposal will be =orwarded for your consideration
Garage Doors
Proposals will be revised and forwarded for your =eview.
Picket =ences
Repair and Painting is =cheduled for Late March/April.
Yellow House
Proposal=for replacement of the Swamp Cooler for A/C system will be forwarded =ext week for
your review.
Cattle Guard
The Cattle Guard on the up road to the Main =ouse from Ranch Central is Failing
I =ave tasked Steve to fabricate a Replacement
Equipment:
Tree Spade
The =perational issues still need to be addressed, Titan Machinery are not =amiliar with this
equipment.
